Hailey graudated from the Vancouver College of Massage’s Registered Massage Therapy program in 2021. Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Hailey enjoyed the outdoors and playing all sports growing up including competitive volleyball, recreational soccer, and basketball. Hailey’s athletic experience, and working in the healthcare field as a Medical Office Assistant for Vancouver Island Health Authority, allowed her to recognize her passion for working with people in a physical capacity. After some sporting injuries, Hailey learned the importance of rehab and preventative care firsthand. This experience had her taking serious initiative into recovering her body and injuries through therapeutic treatment and relaxation. She is a strong believer that having a well-rounded and supportive group of health care professionals/therapists is essential. This ultimately led her to her passion for Massage Therapy. Hailey also has experience in orthopedic injuries, prenatal care, central nervous system, and systemic health conditions.
Currently, Hailey resides in Vancouver and enjoys biking all over the city to explore new places. She is very excited to start working with clients to help them meet their rehabilitation goals whether that is therapeutic treatment or relaxation

Bill’s journey to massage began when he experienced the benefits of seeing an RMT during the rehabilitation of his own injuries. Without the help of a massage therapist he would not have been able to return to his passions of physical fitness activities.
With over 20 years experience in business operations and creative designer of an exclusive golf course, Bill made his transition to the field of natural health in 2019.
We live in a world of constant go, people are constantly on the move with always something to do and very little time for themselves. For many people, health and well-being does not make the priority list. Bill believes that the human body and mind is the ultimate machine with incredible capabilities of performance and healing. He believes that massage therapy is a significant and integral component in achieving optimal human performance.
Bill’s approach to treatment is to assess each individual condition, whether it be acute or chronic pain, decrease stress or simple relaxation. He uses a multitude of techniques, skill and education to create a plan to achieve optimal physical performance.
When Bill is not practicing he enjoys cycling, exercising and a love for food. He is an avid animal lover and you might just see him at the local parks with his wife and dog, Beans. Bill has an intimate connection with the water and enjoys the many activities it has to offer.

Dr. Michael Palmer has always been an active outdoorsman. Living close to the mountains cultivated within him a love of nature, and a respect for the health required to appreciate it. Dr. Palmer was introduced to the chiropractic lifestyle as a result of a minor injury while skiing. Tired of spending his nights lying flat on the floor, and needing to focus on his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Calgary, he sought the care of a chiropractor. After seeing first-hand how chiropractic contributes to health and the avoidance of injury, Dr. Palmer enrolled at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Upon the completion of four years of study, he graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic. He now practices in Vancouver and considers himself lucky to have found his calling helping people to achieve better health through chiropractic care. Dr. Palmer offers manual therapy treatment strategies to address your particular condition including specific muscular release, spinal adjustments, electrical modalities, custom orthotics, and exercise and lifestyle modification. He knows that the human body was designed to move, and that chiropractic care keeps it moving properly; leading to optimal functioning of the nervous system, and greater health for a longer period of time.
